Here are my list of favorite 5 plugins that I work with every day.

Unsplash is the only plugin you will need to add amazing images to your design. The plugin offers a huge library of picture, and it also has a useful search. You can insert images in one click.
AutoFlow
AutoFlow is an amazing plugin to quickly create any time of flow within the Figma editor. It can be quite useful to quickly sketch user flows and sitemaps with few clicks and various customization options.
Content reel
Content reel is a plugin you need to fill out your text with realistic data. It has a huge library of fake name, emails, and any piece of text that you can think of.
Write for Figma
One of the things to avoid in UX design is to ship designs that contain grammatical errors, Writer for Figma is a plugin that check your selected artboards for grammatical errors and provide recommendations for you.
Figma Tokens
Tokens are a great new way of design-developer collaboration. This plugin will convert your design styles or library to a .JSON that you can send to your developers. Using this file, developers will find all the color codes, text styles and e very variable used in the Figma file.
